Free On-site Evaluation

We meet with you to listen to your wishes and show you various design possibilities. The free on-site evaluation enables you to discuss your wishes, fears, questions, and decisions with a custom design-builder who has been doing home Extensions and Renovations in Brisbane since 1996.

Custom Concept Design

A custom concept design will be drawn up which will seamlessly marry the new design into your existing home or do a complete updated renovation design. We also take care to ensure that the design concept fits your needs, your current home setting, and your lifestyle.

All concept designs are personally drawn up by Bruce Parke, owner of Ascent Design and Build. Bruce will integrate your design ideas, preferences, and choices. Every aspect of your home and detail is considered during this process, to offer you a range of options and solutions to best fit your budget and lifestyle.

The fee for the concept design is discussed in advance, with consideration of the scale and complexity of the project. For most Brisbane home extension projects, a standard rate of $2800 applies.

Custom design and 3D Walkthrough of your Design

The 3D design software we use makes it much easier to visualise with accuracy all aspects of the design. You will be able to see every detail so that during our second meeting you can make any adjustments and final decisions regarding the design before progressing to the next step.

Firming up the Details

Once the 3D design has been confirmed, Bruce will prepare a detailed report including everything associated with your custom-designed extension or renovation.
